Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
For customers transferring personal data from the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or the UK to Respondology in the United States, our Standard Contractual Clauses apply. These clauses are incorporated into the DPA and include completed Annexes describing our processing, security measures, and subprocessors.
Website Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information on our public website. It covers website cookies, analytics, and marketing practices. This is separate from how we process Customer Content in the platform, which is addressed in the DPA.
